In 1988, an off-ramp on the Garden Grove freeway marked the official birth of Little Saigon in the coastal town of Westminster, California. Now, as Vietnamese Americans toast 25 years of a region once sprinkled with orange groves and strawberry fields, thousands of immigrants continue to thrive off of the dynamic community that Little Saigon has cultivated.
